Our unique gallery offers a wide selection of artworks by prominent Local Artists and Photographers. We try to cater for every taste and every budget, we feel that Art is for everyone. We offer prints as well as original artwork, Large panoramic canvases, artwork on slate, original oil and watercolours and photographic prints of all your favourite Lakeland scenes in a wide variety of sizes.
David Pooley
David Pooley works full time producing work in a variety of media including pencil, charcoal, pen & ink, pastel and acrylics. Inspired by the stunning Cumbrian countryside, David produces fine art of the surrounding Lake District and Cumbrian wildlife prints
David Green
David produces large panoramic canvases of Lake District scenes. We also supply his images on slates, coasters and mugs!
Jack Webster
Jack Webster is a Landscape and Portrait painter from
The Lake District, Cumbria.
His artwork aims to capture the light, shadows and atmosphere of a place or person.
From the charming corridor streets of Ulverston where He grew up,
to the rolling mountains of the Lakes,
He tries to remove the distance between the viewer and the sublime.
Artists featured in our gallery
All of our Artists are based in Cumbria and produce work inspired by the beautiful scenery and wildlife which lives here. Alongside David Pooley, David Green and Jack Webster we have prints by the fantastic modern landscape photographer Tim Dove, as well as veteran photographer John Sayer who captured many of his shots during his time in Mountain Rescue. Local painter Joy Grindrod creates moody, atmospheric landscapes which really capture the natural feeling of the Fells. Abstract painter Wendy Steel produces stunning landscapes and still life paintings (available in originals and prints). Incredible 3D relief castings of the Lake District produced by Mountain Castings. Eye catching and unique graphic designs of the local area by Spud designs. Beautiful Prints and cards by Silk painting Artist, Hue and Dye. We also feature guest artists, such as Denny Derbyshire, a Cumbrian born Artist and Comic illustrator with her own unique, quirky style and very original paintings! And we stock a huge range of greetings cards by many of our Artists and Photographers suitable for any occasion.
